LEGAL ASSISTANCE
- West Virginia Association of Elementary Middle School Principals has $400.00 Legal Benefit for our members. This assists our members with the $500.00 deductible for our National Association’s Legal Benefit : (Barring Criminal Charges against the member)
- National Association of Elementary School Principals provides $1000.00 (one thousand dollars) of Legal Benefit per year of membership. That is National provides a $1000.00 legal package per year accumulated up to $10,000 (ten-thousand dollars) if membership is maintained continuously. (Barring Criminal Charges against the member)
LIABILITY INSURANCE:
AS A MEMBER OF NAESP AND WVAEMSP ONE HAS $1,000,000 (ONE MILLION DOLLARS) LIABILITY COVERAGE.

WVAEMSP/NAESP Dues for 2011-2012 are listed on the enrollment form. NAESP increased some of the categories of membership by $20.00 . Some categories were increased by a smaller amount and some were not changed. WVAEMSP dues remain the same as 2010-2011 dues were.
